Join us for a journey into vast landscape of yoga. During this week, Nadia & Maia from Yoga Collective will guide you through classic hatha yoga (easy flow yoga) t to the more nourishing yin yoga. On this discovering you will learn the unique capacity to make you "land in your own body" and make it release tensions. After a week on the mat you will experience increased balance. Yoga philosophy, meditation and breathing exercises are also part of the program as well as gatherings, choir and lectures at this beautiful old school right next to the sea.
